Recently there has been some contention between local entrepeneurs and code enforement over what constitutres a sign and what is art. On Tuesday Scott Gerber of Tube Dude joins Susan to discuss code enforcement and where the line is drawn. His business is one of several that have come under the eye of code enforcers.
