How about 18 year old digital artist Tony Gaglio, who started his career four years ago, has his art featured on a magazine cover and has found a way to tie his love of art and digital technology into a great way to make a living..before entering college.
Tony self taught himself Adobe Photo Shop, 3D Studio Max and other design software programs over the years and has spent many hours learning and creating designs. “It’s a lot of fun learning how a program works” Tony said. Although he has played his fair share of video games, it was the construction of the game that interests him the most. Back in early 2010, when he was 15 years old, he contacted The Game Creators to see if his designs would make the cut and shortly after the company signed him as an artist represented on the site. “I went from not having a part-time job to having my own business over night” Tony explained. “My first model pack sold quickly and I received about $9.00 US for each one that sold on the site. Since the company is located in the UK, most of the sales were coming from England and other European countries.
